Since 1967, San Ysidro Development Co. has provided quality rental housing at affordable rates in the greater South Bay area. Currently, we are offering one and two bedroom apartments at four properties.
We do accept Section 8 Program Vouchers and we are qualified to guide you through all the rental procedures involved with that program.
